order en route, last Shenzhen EMS location, customs export departure on 12/3/20 and should have arrived in Spain on 11/3/20. What happened?

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space. You have long time to wait.

China Post parcel will be delivered by Spain Post(correos Spain) in your country. Once parcel arrives Spain, Spain Post will show arrival information.

If your buyer protection is expiring , you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
