Hello my tracking number is RV432283817CN and it was from the site [email protected] which is impossible to contact. I ordered two items and they said that only one has shipped.. and that was months ago.. Can you tell me what is going on?

You could check China Post 1st quarter arrival time statistics here: http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976, which shows on average it takes about 50 days to arrive USA.
