LY137131965CN has no shipping record. Your seller did not ship anything to you. You are scammed. Please open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.

LY178515956CN was just sent to Shanghai airport on May 12. It is waiting for flight to USA. probably you need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get it in USA. Once it passes US customs, http://www.usps.com will show arrival info.
