I Made order nearly a month ago and still no package or even tracking information.
order LS222654040CN. A tracking info request produces the following:

International Mail# LS222654040CN Tracking Result
1|#||4|1332|updatePanel|updatePanelMain|
No shipping record!

Was supposed to be a birthday present in two weeks will I still receive it by then?

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
