Hello, I would like to ask you about my order RY507841627CN. China Post recieved the package on 13.5.2020 and from 20.5.2020 it is in Shanghai (Handed over to Airlines).

Can you tell me where is the problem and when I can expect delivery of the package?

The package is waiting for a flight out. Our stats shows it takes about 55 days on average to arrive Czech Republic. See report here http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976
