Dear,
Order RV386322065CN has been placed several weeks.
According to the tracking, the package left Chongqing airport on April 24th. Could you kindly give me an idea where the package is right now? Is it already in Europe?

RV386322065CN was shipped by train from China to Europe. It left Chongqing station on April 30. It is still in China now.

Normally after leaving Chongqing, your parcel will take 4 to 8 weeks to reach Portugal. please be patient.
