I made a purchase back on december 14th, and the order was shipped on december 24th/2019. I've since checked regularly the order status, but it only says "order information received" and location is "null". May I know if this package will ever be delivered to me? I've since tried to contact the vendor, but i haven't received any notifications.

You have been scammed: the vendor has never turned any package in which is why there haven’t been any updates - you should file a dispute and/or a chargeback with your creditcard company ASAP

The Company looks pretty legit, their website is up and running, it is secure, and I've now tried contacting them through other email addresses. They've answered me telling me that there has been a problem with the delivery company in my home country, and that they will refund me. But you're saying that the package was never sent to China Post?

In that case, forgive me for jumping to conclusions! It is correct that the package was never sent to China Post to begin with (which is why I jumped to that conclusion), if you receive a refund all is well!
