It says footscray but where havent been notified says delivered not received yr driver can refubd me since dont have irder

ZS23730480599 arrived in Footscray,Victoria on Sep 21 but not delivered. Normally this means the shipper printed wrong address and not deliverable.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
