When will my order (number: LO921958154CN) leave China? Almost 3 months ago, it’s past your average term and nothing so far, flights have returned most of them, and so far nothing, it’s been a long time and I’d like you to do something about transportation, the order in the tracking doesn’t even update and you do nothing?

WE HAVE PASSED THE MIDDLE TERM AND THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SENT TO THE DESTINATION ...

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO921958154CN shows the parcel is still in original post office over 3 months. this is a bad sign which means the parcel has more than 60% chance to be lost.

If your buyer protection is expiring , you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
