Hi, I am still waiting for my order since March 2019.

I have send mails but no one responds.

Here are the order nr and the tracking nr:

Can someone please get back to me.

South Africa Post website shows RV841860978CN arrived JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) in April. If you have not got it, it should be lost by South Africa Post.

You need open dispute for refund.
