Reference Number: 214367-4886
China post says delivered but no package was ever received. It is a large item so it would not have been missed if delivered.

Please respond with status and options for resolution.

AMTS000303454FS is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent called MTS. MTS Tracking Databse shows it was Delivered in SPRING BRANCH,78070 on Oct 9.
If you didn't get the item, please contact shipper and ask for original shipping label copy. We believe the seller printed wrong address.
