Hello I’m still waiting for my order, but your system show - it is delivered in to United states, but I’m in Baltic State (in Latvia)!!!! What can I do. Order number: LW314844075CN

LW314844075CN destination country is USA not Latvia. You are scammed. Your seller used other people's tracking number to cheap your money.

Please open dispute to paypal/aliexpress agains fraud and claim refund.
