Hi,

Can you please explain where the item is in the tracking process. It still shows Nanning EMS and On Route. This has been the case for 30 days.

Please update. Thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LT104260539CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Nanning office to US through Shanghai and Chicago on Dec 29.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai,China or customs warehouse in Chicago US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
