you need write tracking number to get help. Order number is useless.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV432748881CN shows the package has arrived UK. Royal Mail will deliver them to your mailbox after cleared customs.

Yes, I can see that it says it is with customs but this is now over 3 weeks. I am understandably worried.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV432748881CN shows the parcel has not arrived UK yet. It arrived Vilnius,Lithuania on Jun 23.

Vilnius is the 1st entrance railway hub to EU. ChinaPost parcel normally will stay here for about 2 weeks for import processing, sorting and then take another one or two weeks to transit to other kind of land transportation vehicles.

Based on our estimation, Your parcel will arrive UK between Jul 25 to Aug 5. please be patient.
