Dear Sir or Madam,

Could you please help to understand what has happened with my order RV432200225CN.
In the tracking system I see that it has been received in my neighboring country Lithuania already in 15th of June. And according to your tracking system nothing has happened to this order ever since.

Hi, Lithuania, Vilnius is the first EU checkpoint - your package is going through customs and safety inspections.

However, tracking does not show when the inspection has been completed, and since this was last done almost a month ago, you should see an update that the package will reach Latvia in a week or two!
