Where is the order above? The tracking number RV405268792CN cannot be found. Please help as this was a present.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV405268792CN shows No shipping record. Your seller applied this tracking number from china post on April 24 but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
