Hi there, I would like to know where my order is as its been handed off to airlines over a month ago. Any help would be great.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY108779179CN shows packaged received April 6, and was returned by airport to China post on May 27 and was handed over to airlines again May 31. The package is still in Shanghai waiting for flight out. According to our stats, many packages handed over to airlines in May are still stuck in Shanghai waiting for a plane to USA. So be patient and wait. If your buyer protection is expiring better ask for an extension.. You can also open dispute if it is expiring.
