Hi, My order status says my shipping is in transit but this has now been over 4 weeks. Got the order lost? My shipping number is LX633879552CN. Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX633879552CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Shenzhen office to Switzerland on Nov 26.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Swiss Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Switzerland ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until Swiss Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Swiss Post website will show its new status with Switzerland location.
