Post Order Lost In Transit?

Ive been waiting almost 30 days for a package and its shipping updates keep saying international airport,customs processing,sorting , delivery at overseas warehouse multiple times for each of these but it still has not even left the city where I ordered from yet. Its like the package is just being sent back and forth around the city.
