Hello! Could you please check my order LO507846933CN to Italy?
It seems lost (4 weeks and not delivered yet!).

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO507846933CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Beijing office to Italy on Dec 5.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Italy Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Beijing ,China or customs warehouse in Italy). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Normally such epacket will arrive Beijing in 2 to 4 weeks. your parcel seems to be delayed. I suggest you wait 10 more days. if you can not get the parcel by Jan 13, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
