To whom it may concern,

I hope all is well.
I would like to inquire about the whereabouts regarding the following order: RV350211442CN

Do you have any update regarding the expected delivery? because it's been since the end of February since I have completed this order.

RV350211442CN was sent to hong kong airport on Mar 14, it is still there.

Hong kong airport has cancelled more than 80% international airlines. ChinaPost has serious shortage of shipping space. Your parcel number starting with R is a very slow low priority service called register airmail. It can not compete space with high priority parcels like EMS/ePacket. your waiting time will take very long (up to 2 months). You need some patient.
