MY ORDER HAS NOT MOVES SINCE DECEMBER 6TH. CAN YOU PLEASE LOCATE MY ORDER

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW246440715CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Hangzhou office to US on Dec 7.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, such no-information period can take 30 to 40 days until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
