If your tracking result shows the item is delivered but your didn't get the goods, normally this means you are scammed. This is a typical online shopping fraud.

The cheater needs a "delivery" tracking result to claim payment from the marketplace/credit card bank. So he/she shipped some cheap junk to a random address in your area. Once the junk is delivered , he can get the money. The tracking number for such parcel normally starting with Z***** or A***** .

If this is your case, call your bank to file fraud charge back asap.
