I have the following shipment, tracking number CP331168361CN, which is still being held at customs. I would like to understand why it has not been released yet.

Could you please provide me with an update on its status and let me know if any additional information or documentation is required from my side?

CP331168361CN arrived in destination AT 1000. Insufficient packaging repaired.

You need contact local Austrian Post to pickup the parcel.
