The shipping address is printed in the parcel, you can't change it after parcel is shipped.

The parcel has not been shipped. Here is the latest status:

Latest Status: The package has been collected and is ready to be sent to the distribution center

"The package has been collected and is ready to be sent to the distribution center", this means the parcel is collected by post office and put into shipping container with hundreds of other parcels. Nobody can change the address anymore.

You can try to contact the shipper, ask him go to original post office to check if the parcel is still there.

If the parcel is still in the original post office, maybe he can cancel the shipment and bring it back to home. Then he re-print a new shipping label with correct address and ship it again.
