Hi, I placed an order that unfortunately did not arrive at its destination due to delivery problems and it tells me that the package is stuck at the delivery depot without being able to collect it or have it sent back.

Track Number LZ395053123CN

I am waiting for information on how to resolve this situation, and I would like to point out that the address is correct and does not require any changes.

Poste Italiane shows LZ395053123CN status:
Ufficio Postale CREVALCORE in VIA DELLA ROCCA 38 CREVALCORE BO. 40014, In consegna, disponibile per il ritiro presso l'Ufficio Postale a partire dal 17/04/26 .

you need to pickup above parcel from the above post office asap.
