Good afternoon, I will wait for the order for 20 days and nothing. When I go to follow the order, it always says the same thing. I'm worried about the order, can you help me? Thanks ☺️

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ284897262CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Sep 4. It is waiting for flight space to Portugal.

During waiting time, status will not update. Such status freezing time can take 2 to 6 weeks. Next update will be after parcel arrives Portugal and scanned by CTT.
