I can not get any answers on my shipment.
Tracking # is LW726376889CN
Please research and advise

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW726376889CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to US on Oct 12.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
