Good afternoon, I am writing you again since I still have not received my order or heard back from you all regarding this from my last email that was sent 10/22/2026. My order should have arrived 10/19/2026. I would like a refund at this point since NO ONE can respond back are anything regarding this issue! My number is 512-769-2195!

If you need refund, please contact your seller. Here is a shipping help forum. We didn't sell anything to you and not your seller.
