I ordered an Electric scooter from Modzenta September 30, 2026 on TikTok. I have not received it to date. They recently sent me an email for a review. I emailed them and informed them I haven’t received the scooter. The email would not go through due to their server not accepting. In other words I’m not able to get in contact with them about this issue.Tracking number YH261680179961CN

YH261680179961CN is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent called Tiptop. Tiptop Tracking Database shows it was Delivered in NEW RIVER,85087,on Oct 24.
If you didn't get the item, please contact shipper and ask for original shipping label copy. We believe the seller printed wrong address.
