http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO912408423CN shows your parcel was sent to Shenzhen airport on mar 15. It is still in Shenzhen airport since then.

Coronavirus has cancelled all airlines from china to Italy. China Post has not enough airline shipping space. You have long time to wait. Once parcel arrives Italy, Italy post website will show arrival information.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
