For the Past month I have been eagerly waiting for a Parcel to Arrive to my Address I and my partner have asked you a few times in regards to this parcel Only to be greeted with the same Auto response of " http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LH723449882CN shows the parcel was sent to Shanghai sorting center on Oct 27. It is waiting for flight space to Australia.
Now shipping time to Australia has some delay, you might need wait another 4 to 6 weeks to get the parcel, everything looks normal, just need to wait some more time."
Now it has been clear that this Parcel has had some form of Issue with it because of all the delayed tracking updates. I was told last night that apparently my Parcel has been rejected for some unknown Reason and has been sent back to the Seller.... I want to know what the issue is because there shouldnt be an Issue with it at all All it is is a Diamond painting Kit which includes a Diamond Painting Canvas 80cms x 160cms, dozens of Packets of Plastic diamonds and a Took kit which includes a diamond painting Pen, Wax and a pair of Tweezers ( which are metal)
I for the life of me can't understand what the Issue is I have had parcels with the exact same contents sent to me by this seller without any Issues and now suddenly theres an issue???? I think I should at least get told what the actual Issue is Because this has cost me money and Time and I believe that the Seller shouldnt have to pay for this Error over something that isnt their fault...
Is their a Phone number I can call from Australia to talk to China Post here? I believe this Rejection has been done in error by your Postal service I would appreciate if you can tell me the exact issue so I can get something organized here
I can honestly say that I am not expecting anything that is Illegal or Breaches your Customs Rules Ie No Batteries etc etc Like I said its only Meant to be a Diamond painting Kit
And in future instead of Posting the same Answers over and over again to please at least check on what is actually going on with your Customers parcels on an Individual Basis not all Parcels have the same outcome and I knew by the delays that something was very wrong with this Delivery but instead you guys kept giving the exact same answer every single time! which really not only has been proven to be incorrect its not how you should be treating people wanting to know about important Information in regards to their mail
