Hello my package has been in the same place for 30 days
Need help figuring out what’s going on with package
tracking number is UT708113121CN

UT708113121CN arrived USA on Dec 14. Normally such parcel will be delivered within 2 weeks after arriving USA. Your parcel has 90% chance to be lost.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.

No response from seller.
All emails from company are invalid, no phone or contact number. What are my next options.

you need open dispute to PayPal or call your bank to report fraud and claim refund.
