Hello, my tracking # is LO950165925CN would you please check this as I have not received my this. I know with the COVID-19 has been a challenge & some packages were sent back to the sender, but I have NO information on this.

LO950165925CN was sent to Shanghai airport on March 31. They are still in Shanghai waiting for flight space to Canada.

covid19 virus crisis has seriously delayed shipping time to Canada. our latest stat report shows average shipping time to Canada is 62 days s, maximum time can take 3 months.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund.
