When will things get back to a normal shipping schedule? I've been waiting for packages since April 1, 2020 and they haven't even left the airport according to the tracking information. Please give me an update for

I can't believe two small packages can't get a place on a plane for two months.

LY100394963CN was received April 12 and is still waiting for flight out.
LY156268538CN was received April 27 and is waiting for flight out since May 02

China Post 1st quarter arrival time statistics report http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows that on average it takes 50 days to arrive USA, but some parcel took 115 days to arrive. If your buyer protection is expiring you might ask for extension or open dispute.
