Hi, i've sent a package to HK from Italy on the 2nd December.
It arrivied in China but I can't get any updates since the 11th, the tracking code IS
VD772690998IT

And the last thing that it says is
Beijing, Beijing Post International has been exported directly sealed

What can I do? Thanks

VD772690998IT left Beijing China on Dec 11. Normally it should arrive Hong Kong within one week after leaving Beijing.

Your parcel seems to be lost. You need contact Italy Post to file investigation and hopefully get some compensation from Italy Post.

Shouldn't it say something like lost/damaged though?
