My purchase was made in early May and I still not received it. At this point I don't know if I should request a refund??? How can I get and update? Parcel #LS340022206CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS340022206CN shows the parcel was sent to Shanghai airport on May 21. It is still in Shanghai waiting for flight to USA.

Our latest report shows average waiting time to USA is about 50 days, your parcel is slower than average but still in normal time frame. Please wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info. You can also get USA arrival data in http://track-chinapost.com/startukpost.php
