Tracking no. LO707001804CN, ordered last 06.Jan.2020, its been more than 40 days, still no update. Help please.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO707001804CN was sent from Guangzhou on Jan 6 .

In the past 4 weeks, China were in holiday and then suffered coronavirus outbreak. China post has limited resource to process the parcel shipped in January. I believe your parcel will keep waiting another 3 to 6 weeks in Guangzhou. You need some patient.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to claim refund first. once your parcel arrives UK later, then pay back to seller.
