Hi! i have not received an update since march 12th my tracking number is EB714647862CN and it’s destination is Canada

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows EB714647862CN was shipped from Guangzhou to Canada on Mar 12. It is still in Guangzhou airport.

Now coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china. So China Post has not enough shipping space to send parcels to Canada. parcel will have serious delay, please wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives Canada, canadapost will show arrival data.
