Hi
My parcel reference LZ055646068CN has had no update since 14th May where it says it was handed to airline.

Could you please update as to the progress, as the Royal Mail in UK has not received to date.

It is still in China waiting for a plane to UK. Royal Mail in UK will be updated after package left China. According to our stats it takes about 53 days to arrive UK after China post received the package. Be patiently wait and watch for your buyer protection period and ask for an extension if it is running out, or open a claim for refund

As it take about 53 days do you have an expected date for when it will catch a flight?

It has been with you for over 53 days, do you have an expected time of arrival in UK?
