Hi,

I have been waiting for one parcel for 2 months now. Because it never arrived, I wrote an E-mail to complain and I was told they would send me the parcel again. The shopping number LX741950503NL always shows "No shipping record". What happened to my parcel?

LX741950503NL has nothing to do with china post. It is Netherlands Post parcel which goes to Austria.

Austria Post website shows the parcel LX741950503NL was delivered to Postcode 1030 on Aug 30. You need contact your local post office for delivery detail.
