I ordered a costume for my son on amazon that was expected delivery oct 22. It never showed, I am unable to track due to no tracking number, Amazon is not even able to track it. I have no updated expected delivery and the seller has not contacted me back. China post does not have an English speaking phone number for me to even try to get a tracking number. What can I do to find out where my package is? It was ordered two weeks ago. Thank you.

without tracking number, you can not verify the shipment is real or fake.

Your seller is very strange. 99% amazon seller will provide tracking number, this is amazon policy.

You need open dispute to amazon for refund.
