I received an email on June 21st
saying my package (order YGOL1003) was on its way. I also got a tracking number CUS200620BC4X1001551 but every time I try to track my package it says china post tracking number must be 13 digits. How do I find my tracking info?

CUS200620BC4X1001551 is not from China Post. It is from a private company EC-Express.

EC-Express shows CUS200620BC4X1001551 was just sent to Guangzhou warehouse on Jul 5. You probably need wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives USA, EC express will use a new USPS tracking number 9261299991099834479130 to send it to you.
