Hello, Can you please give me an update on where my package is currently has it made to America yet? Here is the tracking number LS309337703CN, any new information would be helpful? Thank You

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS309337703CN was shipped from Shenzhen to USA on April 17. It is still in Shenzhen airport.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from Shenzhen.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
