http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY119329652CN was shipped from China to USA on April 12 and was sent to Shanghai airport on APril 17. It is still in shanghai

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from shanghai. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

Seller stated they use private shipping lines, does that make no difference? Seems that is the same response that is being used for every shipment. Seller stated delivery no more than 21 business days maximum but you are stating that it is still in china?

seller is misleading. Our stat reports shows since covid19 crisis breakout in February , delay is very serious. you has less than 20% chance to get it in 20 days.
