Post No movement for a month

Hello. My epacket was supposed to arrive within 20 days. However it has been almost 30 that there has been no update. Is it in a 'middle location' or should I just give up on it?
Tracking number is LM237486935CN. Thank you for your advice.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM237486935CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shanghai branch to Netherlands on Nov 17.

Normally such epacket parcel should arrive Netherlands in 2 to 4 weeks. It seems to be delayed by rush season.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Xmas time, open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
