Can anyone please help with my delivery that says left country of origin 1 Sept 2019. Tracking no isLE553431862CN.

LE553431862CN was shipped on Sep 1st from China to New Zealand. Normally such epacket will arrive NZ in 10 to 20 days. Based on my experience, your parcel has more than 80% possibility to be lost.

I suggest you open dispute for refund asap.
