Hello,

I ordered and paid for a drone from China. The package appears to have been shipped, but unfortunately it was returned due to an error by the Austrian postal service.

At the moment, I am unable to obtain any information about the seller or the original sender of the item. I would like to know how I can get further information or recover my money in case it is not possible to receive the item.

I also have some suspicion that this might be a case of fraud. Perhaps someone who has experienced a similar situation can provide advice.

I have the tracking number, phone number, and invoice available.

LZ372993057CN was returned to shipper in China on Mar 17. You can not get it anymore. Please contact your credit card bank and claim refund

I know that it was returned, but i did not get any information from the shipper.
I can't claim a refund with my bank-account, the seller will have to arrange the refund... that's the problem which i have
