there has been no movement on my package since december 12th, 2019.
here is the tracking number, please help? LS199444005CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS199444005CN was shipped from Shanghai to USA on Dec 27.

It is now in some middle place between China Post and USPS system. Possible location is in Shanghai airport or customs warehouse in USA. You can not know exact location until parcel passes US customs. Normally such no information period can last 10 to 20 days, your parcel seem to be seriously delayed.

Once parcel is released to USPS, usps.com will show its local location in USA. please wait some more time. So if you can not get the update by end of January, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
