Desde do dia 09/09 não teve nenhuma alteração no pedido: LL708040319CN
Preciso saber oq está havendo?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LL708040319CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shanghai office to Brasil on Sep 9.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Correios Brasil system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Brasil). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(your parcel seems to be delayed in some place outside China) until Correios Brasil gets the parcel from customs. Then Correios Brasil website will show its new status with Brasil location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
